Coventry SSS Taster Session

Hi all,

Strachan Soccer Schools will be doing a free taster session after Christmas at the Moathouse Leisure Centre  Coventry. I would like to take time to thank all participants who attended the last 10 weeks.

I had a meeting with the manager of the Moathouse Coventry and the pitches there will now be monitored by security on a regular basis. Which is good news for all.

Time: 5pm-6pm

Coaches: Gavin Strachan- Gavin is currently the Youth team Manager of Peterborough United Football Club. Gavin is a UEFA a licensed coach which is the highest coaching qualification in the proffesional game. Gavin played over 20 Premier League games with Coventry and making a numerous apperances in the Scotish Premier League.

Craig Strachan- Craig was a highly-promising youngster when injury brought a premature end to his career. He represented Scotland at every level from Under 16 to Under 21’s, and was twice an FA Youth Cup finalist with Coventry City. Craig now divides his time between expert coaching and playing golf as a PGA Tour registered professional.

Chay Thompson- Chay is an FA level 2 coach and  Strachan Soccer School  apprentice of the year winner  in 2010. Chay is First Aid trained and holds a CRB advanced disclosure. Chay is currently Strachan Soccer Schools marketing apprentice assisting with social media , website updates and marketing activity. He is a talented young coach with big ambition, excellent working with the younger groups due to his energy and enthusiasm. Your child will enjoy every second being coached by Chay.
